Totally miss sold this experience. The stadium was undergoing huge renovations which it failed to detail on the attraction. It was a virtual tour of the new stadium instead….. HOWEVER, it actually closed 30 minutes before I purchased the tickets yet it still allowed me to purchase them anyway!!! We arrived obviously not knowing this and was turned away. Waste of time and £60!!! Extremely hard to find the info on where to request a refund on the website. Found an email address and Requested a refund but heard nothing back.
Very disappointed and feel scammed!
